On Saturday night the boys had their first sleepover at our house. They had a blast and were very sweet. They slept in the playroom and actually went to bed around 10:00 and woke up at 6:30. It was really funny watching/listening to them play. We have officially entered middle childhood and it is great seeing the boys make friends and have social relationships. Friends will become more and more of an influence and we as parents will become less and less as time goes on (if development theories are correct!) so I am happy to see the playmates they choose and oversee the actitivies they are involved in.
